These Terms & Conditions apply when you purchase products or services from Chi Charms through our website. Please read them before placing an order or making a booking.

- About Chi Charms
Chi Charms is an independent UK business offering Reiki-infused crystal jewellery and Reiki services.
- Products
We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
Crystals and natural stones naturally vary in colour, pattern, markings, shape and appearance. These variations are part of their individual character and mean that the item you receive may differ slightly from photographs shown on our website.
Product availability is subject to stock.
- Reiki-Infused Jewellery
Chi Charms jewellery is cleansed and infused with Reiki before dispatch.
Reiki and crystal practices are complementary and spiritual/wellbeing practices. Any descriptions of the traditional, spiritual or metaphysical properties associated with crystals are provided for general information only.
Reiki-infused crystal jewellery and the properties traditionally associated with crystals are not a medical alternative and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
- Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available through our website.
Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully processed and your order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
- Delivery
Orders will be prepared and dispatched to the delivery address supplied when the order is placed.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed, particularly where delays occur once an order has been passed to the postal or delivery provider.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery information supplied at checkout is correct.
Where international delivery is offered, customers may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed in the destination country.
- Cancellations & Returns
Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
Chi Charms currently offers a 30-day returns policy for eligible items. If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or has been sent in error, Chi Charms will, where appropriate, cover the cost of return postage and resolve the matter in accordance with your statutory rights.
Our returns arrangements may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect the terms that applied to an order you have already placed.

- Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve the problem.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory consumer rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
- Jewellery Care
Crystal jewellery can be delicate and should be treated with reasonable care.
Some crystals and beads may be damaged by impact, chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, prolonged moisture or inappropriate storage.
Care information may be supplied with your jewellery where appropriate.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage or damage resulting from inappropriate use or care is not considered a manufacturing fault.
- Reiki Services
Where Reiki services are available to book through Chi Charms, appointment information and the price of the service will be provided before booking.
Reiki is a complementary wellbeing practice and is not a medical alternative.
Reiki services do not provide medical diagnosis or medical advice and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Individual experiences of Reiki vary and no particular result or outcome can be guaranteed.
- Reiki Appointments & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange a Reiki appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice wherever possible.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a cancellation charge.
We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. In these situations, please contact Chi Charms as soon as reasonably possible and we will use our discretion to consider the individual circumstances.
If Chi Charms needs to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer you the choice of an alternative appointment or a full refund.
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of the Chi Charms website, including original text, branding, graphics and photographs owned by Chi Charms, may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Third-party trademarks, materials and content remain the property of their respective owners.
- Website Availability
We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
We may occasionally need to update, maintain or temporarily restrict parts of the website.
- Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Chi Charms is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject always to your statutory consumer rights.
- Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website or legal requirements.
The Terms & Conditions applying to an order will be those in effect when that order is placed.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have as a consumer regarding where legal proceedings may be brought.
