At Chi Charms, I want you to feel confident when you place an order. 

If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase, Chi Charms offers a 30-day returns policy, in addition to your statutory rights. 

Returning Your Order

• You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. 

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, returned in their original packaging. 

• If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, the cost of return postage will be your responsibility. 

• Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. 

• If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or has been sent in error, Chi Charms will, where appropriate, cover the cost of return postage and resolve the matter in accordance with your statutory rights.
